Coconut and Cucumber Spaghetti Salad | Recipe
Last time when I went to my home city, I tried a new vietnamese restaurant and for the starter I got a salad similar to this one. I absolutely loved it! So I went home in created a little easy recipe and since then I almost had it every day. It has a lot of cucumber and coconut in it and a refreshing apple vinegar sauce - a perfect combination.

My New Year's Resolutions
Firstly, Happy new year everyone! Hope you all had a nice and safe New Years eve and a good start in 2017. I can't believe how quick time flies by at the moment - 2017 sounds absolutely insane to me.
I love the feeling of starting a new year and as a lot of other people, I do have some Resolutions each year. I usually write crazy lists of like 20 wide goals on New Years eve, feeling super motivated and ambitious. As I always write in my Diaries since the age of seven, I easily can go back to my past resolutions and by no surprise finding at least half of them not accomplished.

Christmas in Vienna
Having a day off University today, I decided to give myself a study break for a day and spend my evening just walking through Viennas beautiful christmassy streets and visit a Christmas market just in front the city hall which put me on a very, very festive mood!

What I ate in London | Travel
London is one of my favourite cities to visit for so many reasons. There is such a huge variety in culture, architecture and people, I love the super busy vibe next to the cosy little lanes and the fact that there is always something to explore, watch or do in London.
But most importantly I love the food and the possibility to basically get every cuisine you could think of.

Exploring Canada and the United States had been always my dream and I always kept the idea in the back of my mind. After days of decision making, I finally came up with a very exciting, bit crazy plan:

Traveling to Oxford | My Journey from Highschool to Medical School
In my last post I mentioned writing two to three posts about my journey from high school to medical school, one about my internships and jobs I had before Medical School, and the other one(s) about my traveling.
When I got rejected from Medical school the third time in a row, I was in a very upsetting mindset.
